Terms of Use

The service

IntroShare Social offers social networking, content creation, communities and private conversations in a beta phase. It is currently free to use, with no advertisements or subscriptions. Contact: support@introshare.com.

Use is governed by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Accepting the Terms does not replace any separate consent required for particular processing of personal data.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate account details, keep your password confidential, do not try to access another person’s account and notify support if you suspect abuse. Registration requires email verification. The final age eligibility policy and related technical controls are still being verified before public launch. Use by minors requires special care and cannot be authorised merely by a statement of age in these Terms.

Content you post

You remain responsible for your text, photos and other uploads. You retain your rights in them and grant us only the limited, non-exclusive permission necessary to store, technically process and show them in accordance with your access settings and IntroShare features. Do not upload material unless you hold the necessary rights or permission.

You may edit or delete content using available tools, subject to technical backups and lawful retention obligations explained in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Harassment, threats, impersonation, unlawful content, privacy violations, spam, coordinated manipulation, exploiting vulnerabilities and unauthorised access or disruption are prohibited. Please read the detailed Community Guidelines.

Reports and enforcement

IntroShare provides reporting and blocking tools. Depending on the nature and severity of an incident, it may restrict visibility, remove content or restrict account access where permitted. Decisions should be proportionate and documented, with the review opportunities required by law.

Appeals: Email support@introshare.com with the relevant report or details of the decision to request a review. Further obligations under the Digital Services Act (DSA) apply to the extent relevant to the service.

Third-party services and availability

The service may show content or links provided by others, such as GIFs from GIPHY. Third parties have their own terms and practices. We aim for continuous availability, but interruptions may occur for technical, maintenance or security reasons. Mandatory consumer or user rights under law are not limited.

Leaving and changes to Terms

You can deactivate your account or request deletion through available settings. Deletion and any reactivation period are also explained in the Privacy Policy. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated as required by applicable law before or when they take effect.
